TC-1090 Truck Tire Changer
The TC-1090 is a commercial grade TRUCK tire changer is engineered to handle rim sizes from 14” to 26” and tire diameters to 63”. The TC1090 easily works with tires with a maximum width of 30½”.

AAE's TC-1090 makes truck tire changing tasks quick and easy. It allows a single operator to position and change the largest truck tires - safely and efficiently. The TC-1090 has a unique combined mounting head/bead breaker device which speeds operation and decreases operator error. Its mobility allows you to position it properly on tires of all sizes and shapes and quickly complete the change.
4 Self-Centering Jaw Chucks
The TC-1090 features a “self-centering jaw chuck” operation that is controlled through the electric hydraulic control system. This unique configuration allows the operator to clamp from the center bore of the wheel OR from the inside of the rim.
Portable Master Control Unit
The TC-1090 utilizes a master control unit which is comprised of a 220 volt power unit alongside a specially designed hydraulic system.
